In her career, she has conducted successful lease-ups, managed a portfolio of up to nine affordable housing developments, and ensured compliance with Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, property inspections, and Wisconsin housing laws. Conyunn’s comprehensive understanding of the application and recertification workflow enables her to consistently meet company metrics and adhere to program guidelines and deadlines. She holds designations in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and as a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS).
