Her central objective revolves around surpassing pro-forma lease-up goals by implementing strategic marketing campaigns and innovative approaches. Christie’s expertise lies in aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence across all Roers Cos. communities.

With more than 10 years of experience in this market, Christie leads a marketing team focused on ensuring a first-class resident experience in numerous states throughout the U.S. Specialties include affordable and tax-credit housing, market rate, senior housing, and 55+ housing in markets across the United States.

Christie holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Financial Management and Economics from the University of St. Thomas and is the recipient of numerous industry awards in leasing and marketing excellence in the multifamily industry.
