Currently overseeing the Bluff View at Fredrick Creek project in Boerne, Texas, Chet leads the development of a 192-unit garden-style project spread across ten acres with eight buildings, a clubhouse, and maintenance building. Chet’s educational background includes attending Spokane Community College and Oregon State University for Personnel Management.
