Carter is the driving force behind the Construction Management department and the in-house general contractor, Roers General Contracting. His responsibilities are multifaceted, encompassing process and procedural enhancements, national account procurement, and the acquisition of general contractor and architectural services. With a rich tapestry of experience woven from over two decades in the construction sector, Carter’s journey has taken him across the United States, where he has completed an array of projects. Before joining Roers Cos., Carter distinguished himself as the Vice President of Multi-family and Corporate at RJM Construction, one of Minnesota’s premier general contractors.
