As a Development Analyst, Cam supports all phases of the development process, including project origination, financial due diligence, entitlements, and debt sourcing for both affordable and market-rate housing projects.

He began his career with Roers Companies as an intern in June 2024 before joining the team full-time. Cam graduated from the University of St. Thomas with bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate Studies and Financial Management.
