Bret Pennington is a Senior Project Manager at Roers Companies, focused on Arizona projects, where he leads his team through all phases of construction. He is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including supervising personnel, maintaining schedules and costs, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. With over 20 years of experience in construction, Bret began his career as an Assistant Superintendent in the multifamily sector and has successfully managed a variety of large-scale projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional, demonstrating his understanding of green building practices.
