As Assistant Superintendent, Brayan Garibay plays a key role in overseeing daily on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. With over a decade of experience in residential construction and multifamily projects, he brings a wealth of hands-on expertise. His strong communication skills and focus on pre-construction planning have contributed to the successful execution of numerous projects. Brayan earned his degree from St. John’s University and holds an OSHA 30-Hour and a Forklift Certification.
