As Senior Managing Director, Brandon Blum is responsible for establishing new investor relationships and expanding existing client partnerships through personalized communications and strategic support. With over 15 years of experience in real estate investments, Brandon ensures transparency, building authentic relationships with each investor that are critical to the continued growth of Roers Companies. Having worked in various roles including investor relations, capital markets, and operations, he has particular expertise in the real estate market of the East Coast. Prior to joining the Roers Cos. team, he oversaw the valuation of real estate with an aggregate value over $15B and also worked with a real estate private equity fund that invested over $5B. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business.
