As General Superintendent, Andrew oversees all phases of construction and coordinates with trade partners. In his role, he reviews drawings daily and actively participates in weekly meetings alongside owner representatives and construction management. Andrew brings several years of construction management expertise, having successfully overseen multiple projects across the United States. He transitioned from renewable energy to production home building, specifically focusing on custom and multifamily home projects. Andrew holds a degree in Construction Management from Austin Community College. Additionally, he has obtained various certifications that enhance his skill set. He is Procore certified in multiple areas including estimator, project management (preconstruction), superintendent, and quality & safety. Furthermore, Andrew is OSHA certified, having completed both the 10-hour and 30-hour training courses. He is proficient in Primavera P6 for project management and has received training in quality management for business excellence, as well as being an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor. With his diverse background and comprehensive certifications, Andrew ensures quality, safety, and efficiency in construction operations.
