Andrew Berenguer
Andrew Berenguer is a dedicated General Superintendent who oversees staff on construction sites and manages project schedules at Roers Companies. He swiftly addresses issues and solves potential problems before they escalate. Andrew began his career by building houses and gradually worked his way up to high-rise construction projects. In the last five years, he transitioned into the role of a Superintendent, focusing on the construction of apartment complexes in the metropolitan area.
His educational background includes a degree in Carpentry from Mesabi Range Technical and Community College. He also earned an associate degree in Information Technology from the University of Wisconsin—Superior. Andrew completed The Associated General Contractors of America’s Supervisory Training and holds a variety of certifications including Erosion and Stormwater Management (2023-2024), Forklift Operator, Procore Superintendent and Project Management, CPR, AED, First Aid Training, OSHA 10-Hour, and OSHA 30-Hour.
