As Vice President of Marketing, Amy leads the company’s marketing and leasing functions including market-rate apartments, affordable/tax-credit projects, senior housing, and active 55+ living in markets across the United States. Amy’s team handles PR for our corporate brands to ensure alignment with growth plans, investor relations, and company culture with the goal of recognition as a top workplace and fast-growing real estate developer and operator. In addition, she leads the portfolio marketing strategy and property-specific branding with a keen eye on innovative tools and resources that drive prospect lead generation and resident retention. She and her team have earned industry awards and accolades for their creative brand development on new lease-ups and strategies to consistently meet and/or exceed absorption pace and occupancy goals. Amy has a knack for understanding what each property needs to appeal to the target renter and deliver financial returns for investors.
