As Equity Marketing Manager, Allison Barker leads Roers Companies’ equity marketing efforts to expand the investor base, generate qualified leads, and support sales in securing project funding. She oversees investor interest and engagement through targeted advertising campaigns, strategic event planning, compelling content creation, social media engagement, and website optimization. Allison brings extensive experience from her previous roles in the financial and residential real estate sectors, where she focused on sales enablement and brand positioning. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with an emphasis on Multimedia Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.
