As Project Manager, Adrian de Leon oversees project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and ensuring timely completion. He collaborates with architects, engineers, and trade partners for quality control and compliance, and manages relationships with city and county officials. With extensive experience in multifamily development and construction in Texas and Georgia, Adrian has developed several subdivisions. He is currently working to complete a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
