Market Rate Apartments

This mixed-use project features 125 market-rate apartments and 8,700 square feet of retail space. Led by our in-house general contracting group, construction began in October 2023. Residents can enjoy a prime location in the heart of Victoria plus premium finishes and amenities including a fitness center and yoga studio, rooftop deck, and community room. We welcomed our first residents in July 2025.
