Mixed-Use Re-Development

Roers Companies and Scannell Properties are teaming up for a new construction re-development project at the ~75-acre former Prudential Campus site. This project includes commercial offices, multifamily living, grocery, retail, and restaurants that will bring needed diversification of uses within the existing Bass Lake corridor. Construction will begin Fall 2024.
