Mesa Vista, a 200-unit affordable housing community in Casa Grande, a suburb south of Phoenix, marks Roers Cos.’ second venture in Arizona. This project brings much-needed affordable housing to the growing Phoenix area. We welcomed our first residents in December 2024.
