Roers Companies made headlines this week as construction wrapped up on The Wildwood at Main, a new 172-unit affordable apartment community in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

The first residents moved into their new homes in the north building early in September while construction and landscaping were finalized. Now all residents are welcome to enjoy comfortable finishes, nature-inspired features, and a host of amenities including a club room, fitness center, yoga studio, playground, grill station, and storage lockers.
