Roers Companies held a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, January 24 for The Espen Residences in Oakdale, Minnesota which will mark the company’s first project with our new in-house general contracting group, RGC.

Roers General Contracting (RGC), a division of Roers Companies, was created in response to a growing need to build high-quality projects while remaining on schedule and on budget. RGC provides several services that extend beyond just construction. We take an active approach throughout the lifecycle of a project to deliver exceptional opportunities for all stakeholders involved.

The Espen Residences will include a 190-unit apartment building and 79 rental townhomes and expects to welcome its first apartment residents in spring of next year.
