Roers Companies earned national recognition today on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) 2023 NMHC 50, the annual ranking of the nation’s largest apartment developers. Roers Cos. secured the 25th spot among the largest apartment developers in the country, with 2,675 units breaking ground during 2022.

Earlier this year, the company landed in the No. 2 spot among commercial real estate developers in the Twin Cities area. This new ranking on the NMHC 25 Largest Developers list demonstrates the incredible nationwide growth trajectory for Roers Cos. projects in 2022.
