Roers Companies has been recognized among the nation’s leading affordable housing developers, earning the #13 spot on Affordable Housing Finance’s 2024 Top 50 list. This achievement reflects our continued efforts to expand access to affordable, high-quality housing in communities across the country.
In 2024, we launched five new affordable housing developments, totaling 1,034 units across four states — including two in Arizona and one each in North Carolina, Minnesota, and Texas.
In addition to the ranking, Affordable Housing Finance featured Co-Founders and Owners Brian Roers and Kent Roers in a recent article highlighting the company’s expanding role in affordable housing development across the country. From their early days developing housing for oil workers in North Dakota, to now managing a portfolio of nearly 14,000 units nationwide, the Roers brothers have built a vertically integrated company focused on meaningful impact.
“As our careers go on and the company continues to grow, we do what we can to provide housing, and affordable is a big part of that,” shared Kent Roers.
