Pinnacle surveyed residents, patients, and families over the past 12 months to identify Havenwood of Minnetonka as a best-in-class service provider for seniors. Earning the 2021 Customer Experience Awards from Pinnacle means the community ranks in the top 15% in the nation!
The award categories include overall satisfaction, personal care, cleanliness, dignity and respect, communication, activities, safety and security, recommend to others, and overall customer experience.
