Roers Cos.’ property management division, Core Living, has joined together with our commercial real estate development group under one name. Core Living has been a subsidiary of Roers Cos. since the company was founded in 2013, with shared ownership, an integrated leadership team, a single corporate office, and staff of both companies working side by side on new developments as well as stable properties.

Bringing our property management and development groups together under one name allows us to eliminate complexity and unify our vision and mission. As Roers Cos., our property management teams remain committed to fostering communities that our residents are proud to call home — including those owned by third parties.

The Core Living name change to Roers Cos. was completed on July 1, 2022. This included updates to roerscompanies.com and new email addresses for staff previously working under the Core Living brand.
