The 2022 Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal list of Biggest Commercial Real Estate Sales in the Twin Cities was recently released — Roers Companies secured two spots!

Coming in at #4 is the Havenwood portfolio. This sale included five senior housing communities that sold for $160 million, a price that Roers Cos. and its broker believe to be the biggest lump-sum haul ever for that product type in Minnesota. The five Havenwood Senior Living properties have a combined 567 independent living and senior apartments and memory care units. The price breaks down to $282,167 per unit.

The Beyond Apartments sale came in at #16. Roers Cos. sold its 255-unit apartment building in Woodbury for $65.16 million — just six months after the first residents moved into the newly constructed building. Beyond Apartments totals more than 315,000 sq. ft. across two buildings with studio through three-bedroom apartments.
