Affordable Living

Ryder Ridge will be a 224-unit affordable housing community located 8 miles east of downtown Austin and situated just south of a recreational lake and park. The project will include an upscale Texan design and amenities such as a coworking room, yoga room, fitness center, activity room, community room, and a kids’ playroom. We welcomed our first residents in Spring 2025.
