Amenities such as a fitness center, community lounge, work-from-home lounge, underground heated parking, and library offer high-demand conveniences. Axle is the first community within the workforce housing category for Roers Cos., which means rent prices are set to fit the budgets of those making 80% of the median area income. The lease-up for Axle has been the most successful to date for Roers Cos., with nearly 95% of units pre-leased before the first residents moved in during April 2022.
