As Regional Manager, Dawn Buxcel is responsible for overseeing properties in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Iowa, and Utah. She has a South Dakota property management license and is Tax Credit certified. Dawn has a passion for property management and is committed to providing her clients with the best possible service. In her previous role as a Property Manager, Dawn was responsible for managing an 848-unit military property. She successfully handled all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and collections. She also developed and implemented a number of innovative programs that improved the efficiency and profitability of her portfolio. Dawn is a valuable asset to Roers Companies as she is committed to providing the highest level of service to her teams and communities.
