The Roers Cos. Team

Tom joined Roers Cos. in 2021 as the CFO, bringing over 20 years of finance, accounting and tax experience at financial institutions ranging from small community banks to large multinational financial institutions. He has since been promoted to Executive Vice President where he plays a key role in driving strategic growth through special projects, identifying and developing new business lines, and strengthening the company’s external lending relationships.

He received his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University and a master’s in business taxation from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
