Ryder Ridge in Austin, Texas has officially received its Certificate of Occupancy, marking a major milestone for the southern region of Roers Companies’ in-house general contracting arm, Roers General Contracting (RGC).

The project includes 224 affordable apartment homes across nine buildings, a centrally located clubhouse, and top-tier amenities. As the first completed project by RGC South, Ryder Ridge represents the successful expansion of Roers Companies’ capabilities into top housing markets across the country.

Roers Cos. launched RGC in 2022 with a mission to deliver high-quality projects efficiently while keeping timelines and budgets on track. What began with undertaking projects in Minnesota has since grown into a national construction operation, with our Texas and Florida teams launching projects in 2023, followed by Arizona’s debut in 2024.
