Jared Mauch brings more than 20 years of valuable, hands-on experience in multifamily construction, development, entitlements, permitting, design, acquisition, marketing, and sales. Before joining Roers Companies as the Director of Construction in Arizona, Jared achieved significant success in the Phoenix market by constructing attainable prototype multifamily apartments. Throughout his career, Jared has overseen projects totaling over $1.06 billion in multifamily developments alone. He enjoys managing projects from conception through completion, implementing structured processes and procedures, and mentoring and learning from his team. Jared is a proud alumnus of Utah Valley University.
