Roers Companies’ Elevate 2024 conference united team members for two days of learning, growing, and connecting on January 18–19, 2024.  Kent and Brian Roers kicked off the conference with a memorable message about building a stairway to success.

Attendees heard from a number of departments throughout the event about how each team contributes toward our shared purpose. On Thursday, guest speaker Cyndie Spiegel motivated the team with a message about having the courage to be YOU. Tyler Schipper informed participants about the state of the multifamily market. Friday welcomed Chad Greenway with a powerful presentation about team culture. Sam Richter spoke about the capabilities and trajectory of artificial intelligence. The team learned from Sarah Tostrud about the building blocks of trust in the workplace. Chad Haldeman provided insight into the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) that powers Roers Cos.

Beyond daytime sessions, the team made memories during evening social activities. Activities included karaoke, bowling, and quality time in conversation together! Thanks to our event organizers, vendors, presenters, and team for a wonderful week to kick off a spectacular 2024!
