As Assistant Project Manager, Victor plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless initiation, progress, and completion of Roers General Contracting projects including The Elara located in Farmers Branch, Texas. Bringing a wealth of experience, Victor has served as a senior estimator with a background in mixed-use, multifamily, and structural concrete projects. His estimating approach is rooted in his field leadership experience. Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from the University of Chihuahua, while also being equipped with certifications in Procore, CPR, and first aid.
