As General Superintendent, Ron Seagraves works in the Florida region overseeing daily operations and providing supervision and management for project staff members. With over 30 years of experience in stick frame, concrete, and structural steel construction, Ron offers valuable consultation on constructability and scheduling for all aspects of construction. Prior to joining Roers Companies, Ron gained extensive experience working with hospitality and multifamily builders, demonstrating his deep understanding of the construction industry and his ability to deliver successful projects. Ron is dedicated to maintaining high safety standards and holds certifications in OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR, and AED. He is also certified in Aerial Drone operation and Procore Project Management, further enhancing his skills and expertise in construction management.
