As Director of Construction for the Florida region, Kurt Kenyon oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring the best possible projects while managing costs and schedules. Kurt has over 30 years of construction experience building in Florida with the last 22 years dedicated to multifamily construction. He is an expert in multifamily construction having completed over 6,500 units in Florida including apartments, townhomes, and high-rise condominium projects. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Technology from Georgia Southern University and is OSHA 30-Hour certified.
