As Project Executive, Greg oversees the project team for construction of multifamily projects. He collaborates with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and local municipalities, to ensure successful project completion. With a wealth of experience, Greg had previously managed the construction of over 4,000 multifamily units as both a Project Manager and Operations Manager. Greg’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Florida International University. Additionally, he holds an OSHA 30-hour certification, showcasing his commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. With his extensive experience, strong leadership skills, and history of building successful project teams, Greg plays a vital role in the successful execution of multifamily projects at Roers Cos.
