With over 20 years of experience, her background includes Tax Credit, Section 8, Section 236, Section 202/8, AHIF, LHIF, ARIF, EDHC, HOME, LTH/HPH, TIF, IHP, MARIF, PARIF, MHOP, and conventional properties. Shannon’s unique ability to truly understand the inner workings of the compliance world, with hands-on experience in compliance auditing, has contributed to her success. Shannon holds designations as a Certified Occupancy Manager-Section 42 (COM42), an Assisted Multifamily Housing Manager (AHM), and Tax Credit Compiance Specialist (TCCS).
