As Director of Business Development, Ricky leads the strategic expansion of Roers Companies’ general contracting platform into third-party work across its core markets. Drawing from a deep foundation in construction management, he cultivates strong relationships with developers, architects, and partners to unlock new opportunities and drive sustainable growth.

Ricky’s hands-on experience delivering multifamily and mixed-use projects — from concept through turnover — equips him with a unique ability to align cost certainty, schedule discipline, and client goals. Prior to joining Roers Cos., he worked as an Owner’s Representative and General Contractor in Seattle, navigating complex entitlement and delivery challenges.

Ricky holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business from North Dakota State University.
