As Director of Construction Management, Ricky works hand-in-hand with the development team, general contractors, and consultant team to deliver projects on time and on budget. Starting in the concept-design phase, Ricky helps clear the path through permitting, value engineering, quality control, and building turnover. Ricky’s past experience as a Construction Manager and General Contractor in Seattle helps him navigate Roers Companies projects through complex and challenging issues. Ricky graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s in Construction Management and a minor in Business.
