​​As Construction Project Coordinator, Debbie works closely with the Construction Management team to provide assistance and support to site-specific activity, while aligning with the Senior Vice President of Construction to coordinate and deliver on special projects. She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset and is passionate about helping to find solutions to challenges for the success of Roers Companies projects and continued growth.

Prior to joining Roers Cos., Debbie worked as a project coordinator in commercial roofing and asphalt companies, supporting employee benefit plan contracting and compliance, rental property management, and executive administration. She is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm to the Construction Management team at Roers Cos.
