The Roers Cos. Team

As Director of Asset Management & REIT Investment, Tycho Falk leads Roers Companies’ Asset Management team and oversees the long-term performance of the company’s real estate portfolio. His responsibilities include portfolio strategy, financial planning and analysis, refinancing and property sales, capital improvement planning, and investment strategy for the Roers Multifamily Income REIT. He is passionate about building scalable teams, optimizing asset performance, and identifying opportunities that create long-term value for investors.

Prior to joining Roers Cos., he worked in commercial real estate lending, underwriting a diverse portfolio of investment properties. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Iowa.
