As Real Estate Finance Manager, Tycho Falk leads the Asset Management department at Roers Companies. His main responsibilities include procuring favorable refinances and dispositions for our stakeholders, partnering with Property Management to drive asset performance, making distribution recommendations and providing reports to investors, and more.

Tycho’s favorite part of his role is leading transactions. and he has led or assisted in more than $315 million of transaction volume for the firm since coming on board. Tycho has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2019. He came to Roers Cos. in March 2021 with a banking background where he underwrote for a $650 million loan portfolio consisting of various asset types. He is also a proud alumnus of the University of Iowa, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
