The Roers Cos. Team

Trevor Christensen joined Roers Companies as a Controller in 2022 where he led audit, tax, financial reporting, internal control, and other accounting and finance initiatives. In 2026, he transitioned to Director or REIT operations where he’s responsible for driving the operational and financial performance of Roers Cos.’ multifamily income REIT.

He brings over 20 years of experience working in financing and accounting leadership roles in private equity, construction, manufacturing, investment funds, and real estate. Trevor graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Accountancy and holds a CPA license in the state of Minnesota.
