As Director of Business Development, Ray Castillo leads efforts to identify and pursue third-party general contracting and real estate development opportunities for Roers Companies. He focuses on building relationships with developers, property owners, brokers, architects, and other industry partners while guiding project pursuits from initial opportunity through proposals and bids. Ray brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, program and project management, and owner’s representative services. His background includes supporting large-scale capital improvement programs and working with education and municipal clients on project planning and execution. Ray earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rice University.
