The Roers Cos. Team

Peter joined the team as an intern in June 2022 and transitioned into a full-time Development Staff Associate role that September. His rapid growth within the company continued with a promotion to Development Associate in January 2024, followed by his advancement to Senior Development Associate in January 2025. His role largely consists of assisting in the development process by originating and underwriting projects, performing market research, and navigating entitlements for both affordable and market-rate projects. He graduated from St. John’s University with a degree in Global Business Leadership.
