As Director of Property Management, Michelle Murr oversees Roers Cos.’ portfolio across the western region. She leads property management operations, supporting regional managers and driving performance in occupancy, financial results, and resident experience. Michelle brings more than 15 years of multifamily leadership experience, with a background spanning regional management, asset management, and lease-up roles. She has a strong track record of improving occupancy and financial performance across communities in Arizona and Nevada. Michelle holds an associate’s degree from the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, and maintains an Arizona real estate license.
