As Director of Market Strategy, Melissa Johnson leads market strategy and business development efforts for Roers Companies throughout the Western region. She focuses on building industry relationships, identifying new opportunities, and connecting clients and partners with the company’s development and construction capabilities. Melissa brings more than 15 years of experience in business development, marketing, land use, and community and economic development. Her background includes building relationships across Arizona’s public and private sectors, developing market strategies, and leading business development efforts within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business and Political Science from Arizona State University and holds the Arizona Economic Development Professional (AZED Pro) designation.
