As Head of Property Revenue, Matt Bullock leads revenue optimization across the Roers Companies portfolio. He oversees pricing strategy, ancillary income performance, and lease experience across both market-rate and affordable communities, working closely with asset management, marketing, leasing, and on-site teams to drive net operating income and asset value.

Matt brings nearly 15 years of national multifamily experience spanning marketing, operations, and revenue strategy. He has led portfolio-wide branding and performance initiatives while focusing on pricing analytics, the customer journey, and the full resident lifecycle. Matt holds an MBA from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business.
