As Regional Manager, Kristie Rice oversees a portfolio of affordable and market-rate communities throughout Minnesota. She partners with on-site teams to strengthen operations, support successful lease-ups, and deliver exceptional resident experiences.
Kristie brings more than 20 years of property management experience, having advanced from leasing agent to regional manager. Her background includes roles as a property manager, compliance specialist, and multi-site property manager. Over the past decade, she has successfully led the lease-up of 10 affordable housing communities and is passionate about mentoring teams and embracing new challenges.

Kristie earned an associate’s degree in accounting from Colorado Technical University. She holds Certified Residential Management Technician (CRMT) and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designations and has been recognized by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association with a MADACS Multi-Site Property Manager of the Year award.
