As Regional Manager, Kaytee Schugel oversees the operations and performance of multiple apartment communities throughout Minnesota. She is passionate about creating welcoming places for residents to live while helping her teams succeed. Kaytee brings nearly 20 years of property management experience, including property operations, lease-up strategy, team leadership, and resident relations. Kaytee earned associate’s degrees in business administration and photography from Dakota County Technical College. She also holds a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation through the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM).
