As Director of Accounting, Justin Pahl leads accounting operations across Roers Companies’ corporate, development, construction, and property management divisions. He oversees financial reporting, accounting systems, and internal controls across all business lines while driving efficient processes and continuous improvement. Justin is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering transparency and accountability throughout the organization.

Prior to joining Roers Companies, he led accounting operations for acquired businesses and supported large-scale integration and cross-functional alignment efforts. Justin earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with a concentration in finance from St. Olaf College and holds a real estate license.
