Julia Tollefson joined Roers Companies in April 2022. She assists in all steps of the development process including origination, working through the entitlement process, financial due diligence, and construction close out. She previously spent time working at a commercial real estate services company in their commercial insurance department. Julia graduated with a degree in Urban Studies and a minor in Business Management from the University of Minnesota — Twin Cities.
