As Project Executive, Jesse is responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of large-scale multifamily projects, including estimating, budget development, subcontractor negotiations, contract administration, engineering, field operations, and project closeout. He serves as the primary point of contact for ownership, architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and local municipalities, helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jesse brings extensive expertise in purchasing, estimating, and project management across multifamily wood-frame construction, heavy highway construction, and civil construction throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. In 2021, Jesse relocated from California to Florida, where he joined the rapidly growing construction market and continues to contribute his experience to the region’s expanding multifamily development sector. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Sonoma.
