As Senior Project Manager, Jesse’s responsibilities include comprehensive project management and oversight of large multifamily projects through estimating, budget development, subcontractor negotiations, contract processing, engineering, field operations, and closeout to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. He also serves as the main point of contact with ownership, architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and local municipalities. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jesse has an extensive purchasing, estimating, and project management background in multifamily wood framing, heavy highway construction, and civil construction in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Jesse relocated cross country from California to Florida in 2021 due to the high demand for construction professionals in the rapidly growing Florida markets. Since arriving in Florida, Jesse has managed a 354-unit apartment project in Sarasota, FL for a well-known Central Florida multifamily general contractor. Jesse has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from California State University — Sonoma.
