The Roers Cos. Team

As Development Analyst, Jericho Klein supports the Roers Companies development team in originating both market-rate and affordable housing projects. His role includes conducting site due diligence, performing financial underwriting, and navigating the entitlement process.

Jericho brings experience in commercial real estate brokerage and property tax assessment through previous internships in Austin, Texas, and Hennepin County. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
